I had a great stay at this hotel! The rooms were very modern-looking, spacious, and comfortable, making it easy to relax. The only tiny drawback was the lack of an extra mirror outside the bathroom. The service was exceptional with a very friendly and helpful staff who made my visit even more enjoyable. The location was perfect, within walking distance to both the Old Town and Schindler's Museum, surrounded by trendy restaurants and bars. The dining experience was excellent with a wide variety of choices. Overall, a fantastic experience worth the price!

The rooms were super spacious and modern, with a huge and so clean and comfortable bed, 2x 50inch TV's, and a good shower, making it extremely great value for money. The service was exceptional, with staff being well familiar with English, very friendly, and exceptionally helpful. The location was perfect for exploring the old city, situated in the vibrant old Jewish quarter and close to some of the best food spots in Krakow. The dining experience offered a varied and plentiful spread at the restaurant on the ground floor, with tasty options to choose from. Overall, a fantastic stay with great value for money.
